Preschoolers at FUMC Heath's Lil' Voyagers Weekday Program celebrated the end of their school year with a special chapel, Blessing of the Animals, lead by Pastor Scott. Rev. Scott Holcomb-McLain guided the children through the special ceremony as a cumulation to their monthly bible verse, "God planned for animals of every kind." As the two through five year old children left chapel, Pastor Scott gave an individual blessing to each child's favorite stuffed animal or photo of their pet.
